SEO Friendly Sub Domains: Subdomains are created for sub accounts within a master account. To create a sub domain you can always use your existing domain and replace the "www" part with another prefix. These are accessed as separate URLs. Let’s say you have a sub domain called "jobs" on your master account "mydomain.com". So the "jobs" sub account is accessed with "jobs.mydomain.com" URL.
Keep in mind that, you do not create a new cPanel when you create a subdomain, but you can still perform most administrative functions for the subdomain through your master cPanel. A subdomain becomes a sub folder within the public_html level of your account and has its own cgi-bin directory. All files of "jobs" should go inside of a new top-level folder called "jobs". This folder must also contain a separate home file e.g.index.htm. When the sub domain URL is entered in the browser, the home page (or index page) of the public and reminder will be displayed.

Add-on Domains: Add-ons are created within your cPanel and they point towards subdomains. It is much like hosting multiple domains where all these domains share the same cPanel account.
For example: your main domain is domain.com your additional domain names: jobs.com | timber.com.
jobs.com will be pointed to jobs.domain.com (note jobs.com will remain in your web browser’s address bar), timber.com will be pointed to timber.domain.com (note timber.com will remain in your web browser’s address bar). As mentioned in the above example, this type of domain comes forth as separate domains from your main domain.

Parked Domains / Domain Aliases: Parked domains are domains which point to your main domain and display the same website returned by your main domain. This type of domain is mostly used for advertising purposes making them popular among businesses where more web addresses are required merely for advertising.
For example: Let’s say you have hosted "jobs.com" and now you are parking a new domain jobs.net under jobs.com. After doing so whenever you enter your parked domain name "jobs.net" in the browser, it will display the pages of jobs.com. But notice the URL, it is jobs.net.
